Advanced Wound Care Clinic in Novi is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hyperbaric Chamber Technician to join our multidisciplinary wound care team. This role is essential in providing safe, high-quality hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) to our patients while ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) chambers
- Ensure patient safety before, during, and after treatments
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Assist clinical staff with wound care procedures as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with hyperbaric oxygen chambers or in a related medical technical role is a must.
- Preferred: Certified Hyperbaric Technician (CHT)
- Knowledge of hyperbaric chamber operation, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Strong understanding of patient monitoring techniques and vital sign assessment.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members.
