LPN Position

RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR. LPNs must bring their own stethoscope.

Required Skills/Certs/Exp:

• Minimum years of experience: 2 years
• Minimum experience required: Clinic will accept 1st time travelers
• Locals accepted/rate difference: Yes
• Work settings skills required: Outpatient clinic/urgent care center & internal medicine
• Endocrine/metabolic: Blood glucose monitoring/testing
• Professional knowledge and skills required: Admission of patient, follow-up phone calls, labeling of specimens & telephone triage
• Women's health: Pap smear
• Additional skills required: Rooming patients & suture removal
• Certs: BLS

Preferred Skills/Certs/Exp:

• IV therapy/phlebotomy: Phlebotomy

• 8-hour shift: 07:00 - 16:00; Monday - Friday

Patient Diagnoses: Follow-up, hospital follow-up, injections, wellness visit, physicals & new patient

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Pap smear & injections

Special Equipment: LPNs must bring their own stethoscope

EKG machine unit systems: Pyxis, EPIC

Scheduling type: Per clinic needs. Monday-Friday, 07:00 - 16:00

Clinic orientation: 8 hours of clinic orientation

Scrubs: Not provided
