Urology RN - Rutledge Tower Clinic

Location: Charleston, SC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: The position requires working 5x8 hour days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with holidays as needed.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Urology RN to join our dynamic Urology clinic. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative and supportive environment while delivering exceptional patient care within an academic setting. This role entails integrating technology and innovative treatments, emphasizing a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities:

• Administer BCG treatments and assist with clinic procedures such as VUDS, cystoscopies, and prostate biopsies.
• Provide care and support to adult patients while collaborating with multiple providers.
• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and ensure ongoing education and professional growth.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Urology or a related field; first-timers are not accepted.
• Current SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license is required. Licenses must be active at the time of assignment.
• Required certifications include BLS; ONS certification is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
• Experience in charge nursing roles is preferred.
