At our Skilled nursing facility of Georgia we understand that outstanding patient care begins with empowered and supported staff. We are currently seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our Dayshift 7A-7p with professionalism, purpose, and heart.

As our RN Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee and support the delivery of resident care on your shift

• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, ensuring high-quality clinical performance

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager on staffing and scheduling needs

• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding nursing staff

• Lead and participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings

• Monitor and ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and medical professionals

• Track and report on Quality Measures/Indicators (QM/QI) and contribute to performance improvement initiatives

• Provide ongoing clinical education and leadership to team members

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong clinical skills and a team-focused mindset

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
