Position: Lead Product Manager

Location: Mclean/ Richmond local preferred - hybrid (3 days in office per week)

• Team Overview:
  
  • Risk management team; data product team. Anti money laundering process team.
  • Product manager, data analysts, engineers.
  
  
• Position Overview:
  • Managing production pipeline
  • Upstream/downstream data management.
    
    • Upstream; sharing all the data is needed
    • Downstream stakeholder- working with modeling and investigative team, building road map and setting expectation on the data.
    
    
    
  • Delivering data models to the team.
  • Same discover integration project
  • Prioritizing
  • Working with end users to prioritize to meet end needs and building road maps for the project.
  
  
  
  
  
• Must Have Skills:
  • Jira from management with tech team
  • Custom practices to track work with stakeholders. No specific tools.
  
  
  
• Nice to Have Skills:
  • Data product side
  • Not looking for data mobile apps/web apps. More of a data lead.
  
  
  
• Interview Process:
  • 30 minute convo, get background discuss interest and questions about progress. Behavioral style discussions.
  
  
  
• Questions:
  • How technical is this role? Need to be comfortable with data, have partners to handle technical questions. They are building a data project so they need to understand how its used.
  • Big plus: experience managing data teams.
  
  
  
• Glider:
  • No glider requirement.
