Deine Mission:
- Du bearbeitest telefonisch und schriftlich eingehende Kundenanfragen und -bestellungen selbststndig und erstellst die entsprechenden Angebote.
- Zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit leistest Du einen proaktiven Kundenservice "rund um den Auftrag", auch in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Auendienst.
- Unregelmigkeiten erkennst Du sofort und klrst diese service- und lsungsorientiert mit unseren Kunden.
- Du bearbeitest smtliche relevante Daten in unserem ERP-System.
- Du analysierst gerne Vertriebsdaten und leitest entsprechende Manahmen davon ab.
- Sofern etwas einmal nicht zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden verluft, bearbeitest Du die eingehenden Reklamationen.
- Bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von verkaufsfrdernden Manahmen ist Dein Support gefragt.
- Du arbeitest eng mit allen Teams zusammen und trgst zur reibungslosen Kommunikation bei.
Dein Profil:
- Du hast Deine kaufmnnische Berufsausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und mehrjhrige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst.
- Mit Deiner ausgeprgten Kunden- und Serviceorientierung trgst Du zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden bei.
- Du hast ein gutes Prozessverstndnis und arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und effizient.
- Sowohl mit unseren Kunden als auch mit Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen kommunizierst Du sicher und auf Augenhhe, manchmal auch auf Englisch.
- Du kannst Dich und unsere Kunden von unseren technischen Produkten begeistern.
- Deine Hands-on-Mentalitt gibt Dir den "Drive" Themen voranzutreiben.
- Du verfgst ber gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und hast bereits mit ERP-, idealerweise auch mit CRM, Systemen gearbeitet.
