Hospitality & Sales Manager at Gina's Stonefired Italian & Pizzeria

Gina’s Stonefired Italian is seeking a Hospitality & Sales Manager to serve as the face of our restaurant and the engine behind our catering growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a professional who takes pride in high‑level service and has the drive to expand our footprint in the Franklin business community. You will be the primary point of contact for every guest—serving as our lead host and primary food runner—while simultaneously managing and growing our corporate and large‑scale catering partnerships. Phase 1: Pipeline Building (Immediate – August) Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week. Focus: Mastering our service standards, managing the dining room floor solo, and building a pipeline of recurring corporate catering clients. Compensation: $15.00 / hour base wage, PLUS 100% of gratuities on any new catering accounts you personally secure and manage, PLUS An hourly prorated share of the house‑wide tip pool (Dine‑in and Carry‑out). Phase 2: Lead Operations (August & Beyond) Schedule: Transition to full-time (approx. 40 hours per week). Focus: Full ownership of Front of House operations and our expanded catering book of business. Compensation: $15.00 / hour base wage, PLUS 100% of gratuities on all managed catering accounts, PLUS 100% Front of House Tip-Share. At this stage, the kitchen transitions to a higher fixed wage, allowing the Hospitality Lead to retain the vast majority of all dine‑in and carry‑out tips (prorated by hours worked). Key Responsibilities Lead Service Operations: You are the primary Front of House staff member. You will manage the guest experience from arrival to departure, functioning as the lead host and primary food runner. While you will coordinate with secondary runners during weekend surges, you are the lead “boots on the ground” for the majority of your shifts. Business Development: Proactively identify and secure recurring catering partnerships with local corporations, dealerships, and community organizations. Catering Logistics: You will oversee the full lifecycle of large‑group orders. This includes coordinating with the kitchen team for production and managing final assembly (salads, sides, and staging) to ensure professional delivery and setup. Operational Ownership: Collaborate with the owner to refine service standards and labor efficiency. You will treat the business with a “Proprietor’s Mindset,” ensuring the shop’s reputation and revenue grow under your watch. Requirements Experience: 2+ years in hospitality leadership, professional sales, or a results‑oriented management role. Hands‑on Mentality: You enjoy being active on the floor.
