the client seeks an outstanding scholar and accomplished leader to serve as its next Dean of Collections. This role will lead the stewardship of a major natural history collection, ensuring its long-term accessibility and relevance through thoughtful care, management, and strategic engagement. The dean will advance the institution’s mission by supporting research, education, and public-facing initiatives that rely on the collections to discover, interpret, and disseminate knowledge. the dean will build on a strong legacy of innovation, excellence, and impact, working collaboratively with colleagues across the organization. Reporting to the provost, the dean will champion initiatives that enhance the care and management of collections and strengthen their global accessibility. The role includes fostering an ethical, high-standard approach to stewardship and supporting the collections as a foundation for scientific research and exhibitions.
