Assistant/Associate Professor – Neonatologist This faculty position will provide clinical care primarily at OHSU’s Doernbecher Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, with additional coverage at OHSU‑affiliated or partner hospitals including PeaceHealth in Vancouver, Washington, OHSU Hillsboro, and Adventist Health. In addition to clinical duties, the faculty member will engage in leadership/medical‑direction opportunities at regional neonatology facilities, participate in faculty meetings and strategic planning, and contribute to scholarly activities such as research, grant writing, and presentations. Duties The duties of this position include: Leadership Multiple faculty opportunities are available at regional neonatology facilities and at OHSU. Senior faculty may be considered for leadership/medical‑direction roles. Clinical Activities Provide comprehensive neonatal care as part of multidisciplinary teams at the designated units. Administrative Activities Participate in division and department meetings, assist leadership with day‑to‑day operations and strategic planning. Scholarly Activities Engage in research, grant‑supported work, academic presentations, and writing as needed. Education Provide clinical education to fellows, residents, and medical students, delivering feedback and evaluation within the neonatology fellowship program. Other Activities Serve on OHSU committees and other activities as directed by department chair or division head. Required Qualifications Board eligible or board certified in Neonatal‑Perinatal Medicine and Pediatrics.
