Career Path:

Service Tech → Senior Tech → Field Supervisor → Service Manager → Operations Leadership

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

• Service furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and controls

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

• Complete maintenance and system evaluations

• Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners

• Complete professional repairs and verify system performance

• Document work accurately

• Maintain a professional vehicle and customer experience

• Mentor developing technicians and apprentices

• Active Connecticut S-2 Unlimited Heating, Piping & Cooling Journeyperson License

• EPA Section 608 certification

• Strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience

• Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability

• Experience with furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, controls, airflow, and refrigeration

• Strong homeowner communication skills

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• A professional, accountable, leadership mindset

Highly valued: EPA Universal, ServiceTitan experience, NATE certification, OSHA training, heat-pump expertise, and experience mentoring apprentices or junior technicians.
