General Labor (Construction w/ rebar)
Pay Range: $18/hr
Location: North Long Beach, CA
Hours: 1st and 2nd shift

 

Summary
For over 150 years, our client has played a key role in shaping global infrastructure and has become a pioneer in the construction industry. We are seeking General Laborers to support daily production and yard operations by performing a variety of physical tasks, equipment handling, and material preparation.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and secure rebar frameworks according to project specifications.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility or yard
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
• Perform general housekeeping, including cleaning work areas and removing debris
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations

 

Qualifications

• Previous general labor, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in an outdoor or industrial environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
