Assistant Project Manager

$48 per hour

job summary:
Assistand Project Manager needed for a leading Engineering and Construction firm in the Orlando FL area. In this role you will assist with major construction projects, working along site some of the best in the business. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

location: Maitland, Florida
job type: Contract
salary: $48 - 52 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers with overall efforts for Design-only and/or EPC projects.

  • Assist the Project Management team to administer request for proposal (RFP) package development, bid and selection process, and develop detailed scope of work documents for downstream contracts.

  • Manage Contractors' submittals, requests for information, supplemental design instructions, and site drawing logs.

  • Verify Contractor compliance including: quality, safety, environmental, environmental and material management programs.

  • Execute contracts including: change order management/ field change directives, approval of invoices, and management of schedules
qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
