Handle complex customer & dealer inquiries
Licensing, sales & enrollment support
Escalation handling + coaching junior staff

Key Duties

Inbound/outbound calls & emails
Resolve complex issues & disputes
Contract, legal entity & tax discussions
Ticket management & case documentation
Process improvement & training support

Skills

Strong communication & problem-solving
Excel & OneNote
Comfortable with complex systems
High attention to detail & multitasking

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

Customer & dealer experience
Data/analytics mindset
Software licensing & revenue knowledge
