- Escalation handling + coaching junior staff
- Inbound/outbound calls & emails
- Resolve complex issues & disputes
- Contract, legal entity & tax discussions
- Ticket management & case documentation
- Process improvement & training support
- Strong communication & problem-solving
- Excel & OneNote
- Comfortable with complex systems
- High attention to detail & multitasking
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Customer & dealer experience
- Data/analytics mindset
- Software licensing & revenue knowledge
