About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Caregiver to join our team in Soperton, GA . As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your role will involve:

Providing personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting with medication management and administration
Preparing meals and snacks
Accompanying clients to appointments and engaging in activities to promote socialization and stimulation
Maintaining accurate records of care provided
