Contact Center Representative

If so, Interior Federal Credit Union is looking for a friendly, motivated, and member-focused Contact Center Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between members and the credit union, delivering excellent service across multiple channels. Open new accounts, process loan applications, and provide accurate account information. Handle inbound inquiries via calls, chats, and tickets, while also making outbound calls as needed. Perform daily financial transactions and proactively cross-sell credit union products and services. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a Teller, Member Service Representative (MSR), or in a telephone/sales-focused role. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, PC proficiency, familiarity with standard office equipment (fax, copier, telephone, etc.), and comfort working in a financial institution call center. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and travel occasionally. Why Join Us?
