Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and areas for growth. This will involve in-depth sessions where you gather essential background information and tailor support strategies.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. You will tailor your approach based on the unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences of clients.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and methods for tracking progress, ensuring each client receives a personalized roadmap to recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers—to create holistic care pathways that address all aspects of a client's needs.

• Provide immediate support in crisis situations, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure clients feel secure and understood.

Compensation and Benefits\n
