You will administer physical agents prescribed by referring physicians, maintain performance improvement activities, and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with all regulatory laws, standards, and protocols.
- Coordinate and supervise the operation of the physical therapy department
- Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments
- Maintain and improve department performance and quality standards
- Assist in budget formulation and management
- Ensure accurate and timely patient charge entries
- Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and other departments
- Maintain professional behavior and positive working relationships
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Manage and operate equipment safely and maintain department cleanliness
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Current California licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Current BCLS certification
