This role is perfect for someone who thrives on energy, loves motivating others, and wants to grow into leadership in a results-driven fitness environment. You’ll master everything a Sales Associate does while also taking on recruiting, training, and coaching the front desk team. You’ll be a key driver of membership sales, retention, and an unforgettable member experience—from first class to long-term results.
