The Door is seeking a Citywide Employment & Partnership Manager to lead employer engagement, direct job placement, and workforce partnership development for the Hub in New York City. You will build and sustain strategic relationships with employers and workforce intermediaries, and help connect youth to meaningful opportunities. You will co-lead the Hub's Career Readiness Certificate Program, support recruitment and onboarding, and track outcomes to improve impact across NYC's youth workforce #J-18808-Ljbffr The-Door---A-Center-of-Alternative
