ServiceNow Solutions Developer - VARTEQ Inc We are looking for a for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer for a short-term project with a US-based semiconductor company. Current duration is 40 hours a week for six weeks. The project is a Proof of Value implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower, focused on discovering and managing AI agents across the client’s environment, including Copilot, ChatGPT, and other tools. Responsibilities Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for the AI Control Tower project Define technical approaches for integrations, workflows, data models, roles, and permissions Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer Develop business rules, Script Includes, client scripts, and scheduled jobs Work with Discovery / Cloud Discovery Investigate and resolve complex platform and integration issues Work directly with client technical stakeholders on requirements and solution decisions Support testing, deployment, and technical documentation Requirements 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow configuration and scripting Experience with REST/SOAP integrations Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Script Includes Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, roles, and permissions Experience with Update Sets and deployment processes Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions English – Upper-Intermediate or higher Nice to Have Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Discovery / Cloud Discovery Experience with AI Control Tower or AI governance Experience with ITOMCSA, CAD, or CIS certifications Experience with ServiceNow App Engine or ATF We Offer Freelance contract for 4 to 6 months Potential for long‑term cooperation and priority access to future project opportunities within our network. #J-18808-Ljbffr VARTEQ, Inc.
