As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.40 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorization as directed, and reporting irregularities. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
