This is a great opportunity for a proven leader in development to join a high-performing team with a robust pipeline of Class A retail shopping centers, multifamily, medical, office, and industrial projects. The Role As Senior Development Manager , you’ll oversee the full pre-construction cycle including: Reviewing anchor tenant leases and work letters for development & construction accuracy Navigating entitlements and permitting Leading constructability and value engineering reviews Supporting proforma development and budget/schedule planning Managing civil, A&E consultants Partnering with the acquisitions team on strategic deals Projects range from $7M to $100M+ and the culture is fast-paced, team-driven, and fun .
