Supporting a dynamic Talent Acquisition team, the contract Recruiting Specialist will engage with external candidates, conduct phone screenings, and manage recruitment metrics while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct outreach and engage with external prospects using provided tools Perform phone screens with prospective candidates and document activities Collaborate with full lifecycle recruiters to schedule interviews and track recruitment metrics Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates 2+ years of experience recruiting within the IT sector Familiarity with applicant tracking systems High school diploma or GED Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
