Vishay Dimona is looking for a Senior Maintenance Electronic Engineer to join our Maintenance Department. You will be for the maintenance of machines and equipment used in the production and distribution process of a company.Job Location:Dimona located in the southern part of Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest location in the world.The factory in Dimona is the most veteran in Vishay Israel, having been established in 1986.Vishay Dimona provides its employees with support and tech training, a variety of tools for personal growth and a wide range of opportunities and advanced career within the company.Vishay is a stable and solid company which has served as home and family to thousands of its employees for many years.What you will be doing:Maintain, develop, and improve equipment across the production floor.Collaborate with R&D, engineering, maintenance, and production teams.Provide service and support to maintenance and production departments.Designing and developing new equipment (e.g., PCB boards) and participating in discussions.Writing PLC programs and resolving communication issues.Supporting equipment post-production transfer.Enhancing existing equipment to improve efficiency or replace obsolete components.What you will bring along:Education: Technician/Engineer in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role.Strong communication skills.Initiative and adherence to procedures.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.What can we offer you for your talent:Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
