Remote Call Center Manager - Lead & Optimize Performance

Maximus is seeking a Call Center Manager to support our OPM - FEHB program. You will oversee the daily operations of a call center, drive performance metrics, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
This fully remote role requires US citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of professional experience (benefits-verification workflows preferred), and the ability to pass a federal background check. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
