Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients’ emotional and mental health status, effectively utilizing established diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate individualized treatment plans that respectfully incorporate cultural diversity and accommodate the unique needs of each patient.

  Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, providing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic strategies designed to support mental health improvement and overall emotional wellbeing.

  Document and maintain accurate, timely treatment records and clinical information, adhering to both regulatory standards and departmental protocols utilizing electronic health record systems.

  Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans that align with patients’ goals and identify strategies for improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
