This position requires a registered nurse with a specialty in CVICU. The nurse will work night shifts, with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week. The nurse's patient ratio will be 1:2. The role involves providing care for diverse patient populations in critical need. The nurse will be expected to float within the ICU community to meet facility needs. Weekend shifts will be required, working every other weekend. The nurse should have experience managing complex medical equipment and high-acuity patients. Candidates must possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data. This role will involve collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care. Travel experience is required for this position. The nurse should be familiar with various monitoring systems, including hemodynamic monitoring.
