.NET Software Engineer / SRE - Arlington

Salary: $110,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• We need strong .NET Core development experience supporting enterprise applications, REST APIs, and services.
• We need hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core 6/8+, object-oriented design, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and clean enterprise coding practices.
• We need experience developing or supporting .NET applications hosted in Azure.
• We need familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, cloud-based application development, and Azure monitoring concepts.
• We need production troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis, exception handling, log analysis, and performance tuning.
• We need SQL Server development experience, including writing queries, stored procedures, data validation, and basic query optimization.
• We need experience using Git-based source control, pull requests, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build processes.
• We need the ability to collaborate across software engineering, site reliability engineering, QA, product, and other agile teams.
• We need an analytical mindset with strong debugging, technical analysis, continuous learning, and ownership of enterprise software support activities.

• We enhance existing .NET applications and support internal engineering initiatives rather than customer-facing business applications.
• We troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to strengthen stable enterprise systems.

• We help improve application availability, stability, and performance through modern SRE practices.
• We collaborate with software engineers, SREs, QA, product owners, and other engineering teams in an agile setting.
• We debug issues, analyze logs, and support performance optimization for enterprise platforms.

We are hiring for a direct-hire .NET Software Engineer / SRE I role based in Arlington, TX, with a hybrid schedule of two onsite days per week. This is part of an ongoing multi-year digital transformation effort focused on modernizing financial services platforms so they are more scalable, reliable, automated, and cloud-native. You will join an established software engineering and site reliability engineering team and work across the Microsoft technology ecosystem to improve reliability, automation, operational efficiency, and developer productivity. This role offers compensation up to $110K based on experience plus a 10% bonus structure, and eligible team members may also participate in medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
