.NET Software Engineer / SRE

Salary: $145,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong background in .NET Core development, including building and enhancing enterprise applications, REST APIs, and services
• Proficiency with C#, .NET Core 6/8+, object-oriented programming, dependency injection, asynchronous patterns, design patterns, and clean coding practices
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting .NET applications in Azure
• Familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor, and cloud-native application development
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues through root cause analysis, exception handling, log review, debugging, and performance tuning
• Solid SQL Server development skills, including writing SQL queries, stored procedures, data validation, and query performance optimization
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, pull requests, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build processes
• Ability to collaborate with software engineers, SREs, QA, product owners, and other technical teams in an Agile environment
• Experience improving application availability, stability, and performance through automation and operational excellence
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ownership of software and operational improvements
• Preferred: experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Azure Service Bus
• Preferred: experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized .NET applications
• Preferred: exposure to PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and scripting
• Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code concepts, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development

• We troubleshoot complex production issues, analyze logs, and perform root cause investigations
• We optimize application performance and strengthen high-availability platforms

• We contribute to DevOps practices, including source control, branching, pull requests, and CI/CD workflows
• We collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams on cross-functional technical initiatives
• We improve application stability, automation, and operational workflows to support site reliability goals
• We participate in Agile delivery and support enterprise-scale engineering efforts
• We take ownership of technical analysis, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives
