• 24-Hour In-House Call: $4,290 per 24 Hours
• Holiday: $6,440/hour

• 24-Hour In-House Call Shifts
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM
• Approximately 4-6 Shifts Per Month
• No Office Call Responsibilities
• Certified Nurse Midwives Take First Call

• Approximately 1,300-1,500 Births Annually
• 20-Bed Level III NICU
• Dedicated Antepartum Area for High-Risk Pregnancies

• Evaluate and Treat Patients in the Obstetric Emergency Department (OBED)
• Manage Unassigned OB/GYN Patients
• Monitor Labor and Interpret Fetal Heart Tracings
• Perform Vaginal Deliveries
• Perform Cesarean Sections
• Serve as the Primary Safety Net for the Labor and Delivery Unit
• Provide Emergency Department and Medical Floor Consultations for Pregnancy-Related and Gynecologic Concerns
• Evaluate and Treat Postpartum Patients Prior to Discharge
• Respond to Obstetrical Emergencies and Evolving Labor Complications
• Participate in Emergency Drills
• Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives Focused on Maternal and Neonatal Outcomes
• Follow Evidence-Based Protocols and Patient Safety Standards

• MD or DO - Required
• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Required
• Completion of an Accredited ACGME OB/GYN Residency Program With Robotics Training - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Required
• Current Texas Medical License or Willingness to Obtain - Required
• Recent Delivery and Surgical Experience - Required
