Position Overview We are looking for a front desk coordinator to join our team to support lobby management and front‑office communications for our high‑volume practice. In this role, your focus will be creating a flawless, stress‑free experience for our patients in both our physical lobby and virtual office workspace. Key Responsibilities Include Interact with patients including patient Check‑In & Check‑Out and Lobby flow. Handle virtual workspace by answering multi‑line phone systems to book routine office encounters, answer patient inquiries and take detailed messages from patients to route to our clinical team. Facilitate digital patient communication. Prepare for upcoming patient visits by confirming appointments and document preparation. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced customer service role. Front desk, receptionist, or medical office preferred. The ability to work well with others and take instruction. Exceptional phone etiquette. Warm, compassionate face‑to‑face demeanor. Punctual, highly organized, detailed oriented, multi‑tasker who is capable of working in a high volume, fast‑paced medical environment.
