- Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Develop strong product knowledge through provided training
- Build rapport and follow up with customers before, during, and after the sale
- Meet and exceed dealership sales goals and customer satisfaction standards

- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of driving history with a clean driving record (no major violations, suspensions, or DUIs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
