Experience in fundraising, business development, and a deep understanding of the local community or the ability to quickly establish credibility are essential. The ideal CEO for the company will be a strategic thinker, a trusted convener, and a change leader with a focus on innovation and influence. They must be adept at building and leading cross-sector coalitions, and be comfortable operating in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
