Job Details Job Location: Hollywood, FL 33021 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Real Estate Division: PMG Asset Services Department: Property Management Reports To: Commercial Property Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary As the Junior Property Manager, you play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our properties assisting in maintaining tenant relations, leasing activities, and property upkeep. This role offers hands‑on experience in property management and a pathway to grow within the real estate industry. Job Responsibilities Regularly communicate with tenants to address needs and resolve issues. Manage property operations, including budget development, work order tracking, invoice coding and approval, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting. Handle occasional commercial leasing, issuing letters of intent and negotiating leases. Ensure tenant retention through excellent customer service, timely rent collection, and enforcement of the collections process. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of leases and ensure compliance by both tenants and management personnel. Uphold property rules and regulations, serving as a liaison between maintenance and tenants to address maintenance requests effectively. Job Requirements Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. CAM License or willingness to obtain. At least 2 years of experience in the property management industry preferred. Must have experience in finance and leasing with the ability to be trained in property management of commercial properties. High proficiency with personal computers and MS Office including Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner suitable for interaction with customers, clients, co‑workers and management.
