In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of Level 4 and Level 5 accounts, strategically connecting with top decision-makers within your territory. Your mission? What kind of work may be involved? * Manage your portfolio and ensure that our customers are receiving premium service. * Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls targeting L4 and L5 accounts with the goal of generating sales, nurturing leads, and expanding business. * Develop a thorough understanding of each account's needs, challenges, and opportunities to tailor product/service offerings accordingly. * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Web, IT, Customer Service, Contracts) to ensure account satisfaction and smooth sales process. * Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. * Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, opportunities, and account status. Ideal skills & experience: * Reasonable knowledge of the full Motion product offering. * Outbound calling experience. * Excellent computer skills. * Natural problem-solving skills, a curious mind, comfortable working with blue collar, construction & industrial stakeholders. * Team player attitude.
