divh2Shipping/Receiving Coordinator/h2pThe Shipping/Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing daily outbound shipping activities to ensure accurate, timely, and cost?effective delivery of customer orders. This role serves as the primary link between the warehouse, freight carriers, and internal teams to maintain smooth shipping operations and high service levels./ppCoordinate daily outbound shipments, including parcel, LTL, and full truckload orders/ppPrepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels, customs paperwork as required)/ppUse the Transportation Management System (TMS) to schedule carrier pickups and communicate shipment details to carriers and internal stakeholders/ppEnsure orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company and carrier requirements/ppMonitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues/ppMaintain accurate shipping records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) computer systems/ppVerify freight bills and assist with freight claims as needed/ppCollaborate with warehouse teams to prioritize orders and adjust to changing volume or deadlines/ppSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to shipping accuracy, cost, and efficiency/ppAdhere to safety policies and standard operating procedures/ppHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred/pp2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations/ppWorking knowledge of common shipping methods (UPS, FedEx, LTL, FTL)/ppExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Transportation Management System (TMS) business computer systems/ppStrong attention to detail and organizational skills/ppAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast?paced environment/ppClear communication skills and a customer?service mindset/ppProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)/ppExperience coordinating freight across multiple carriers/ppFamiliarity with freight cost control and basic rate analysis/ppExperience in high?volume distribution or manufacturing environments/ppForklift certification or willingness to obtain (if applicable)/ppOn?time shipment performance/ppShipping accuracy rate/ppFreight cost adherence/ppDocumentation and system accuracy/ppCarrier issue resolution timeliness/ppAbility to sit, stand, and walk in a warehouse environment/ppAble to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally/ppComfortable working around material handling equipment/p/div
