Remote Customer Service Team Lead
LaSalle Network is currently working with a benefits solutions client who is seeking a Remote Customer Service Team Lead to join their growing team. This role will be a remote position! The Remote Customer Service Team Lead will serve as a primary point of contact and leader for a team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring that incoming calls from various clients related to healthcare benefits, life insurance benefits, disability plans, and other human resource-related services are handled efficiently and effectively.
Position Details:
- Start Date: Monday, September 14th
- Employment Type: Contract (2-6 months)
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: $23.00-$25.00/hr

Remote Customer Service Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Educating and advising callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes.
- Processing enrollment-related transactions and taking ownership of issues through resolution.
- Researching customer requests and following up with customers as needed.
- Assisting with company projects and handling administrative tasks.
- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service efficiency.
- Handling escalated customer issues and providing solutions.
- Other projects assigned as needed.
Remote Customer Service Team Lead Requirements:
- BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be conversational.
- Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently.
