Customer Service Coordinator

Seeking a full-time Pennsylvania Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, this remote position will manage customer inquiries, support energy efficiency programs, and ensure efficient contractor coordination while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities: Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for applications and supporting documents Provide exceptional customer service and handle calls in a customer-centric environment Enter data into various database applications with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail Required qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen and located in Pennsylvania Spanish-speaking bilingual with 2+ years of customer service and data entry experience Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, OneNote, and Teams; experience with CRM systems preferred Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment
