Licensing & Customer Support Specialist

The State of Oregon is seeking a Licensing Representative to provide exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele. The successful candidate will manage inquiries related to licensing processes, maintain accurate data, and issue licensing documents within the Portland office. This role requires a minimum of two years of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to handle a high volume of phone calls.
