Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Current license to practice in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain) School-based SLP experience, especially with elementary populations, strongly preferred Ability to case manage effectively for a group of students Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills Primary Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 76 students, including 21 for whom you'll serve as case manager Coordinate and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students Collaborate with an onsite SLP-A, leveraging their support to deliver high-quality services efficiently Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and state policies Conduct assessments and participate actively in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings Work collegially with school staff, families, and administration to drive positive student outcomes This contract role offers the unique opportunity to work in a thriving educational environment with the backing of seasoned school professionals and robust support.
