Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment. This role involves utilizing payroll systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft, collaborating with Human Resources and department managers, and maintaining adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. The Payroll Coordinator supports multiple shifts and diverse job types within the organization while delivering excellent customer service related to payroll inquiries. Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle payroll processing for all employees accurately and on time.
• Utilize Workday and PeopleSoft payroll systems for payroll functions.
• Manage payroll for multiple shifts and diverse job categories within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Maintain Federal Form W-2 reporting requirements.
• Use automated time and attendance systems to track employee hours.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, department managers, and staff to resolve payroll issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and support for payroll-related inquiries.
• Adhere to organizational payroll policies and procedures.

• Experience with full-cycle payroll processing.
• Proficiency in Workday payroll system.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Experience with PeopleSoft in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with UKG payroll system.
• Familiarity with automated time and attendance systems, including API integration.
• Previous experience in healthcare payroll processing.

• Ability to manage payroll for multiple shifts and diverse job types.
• Must maintain confidentiality and compliance with payroll regulations.
• Work may require coordination across different departments and teams.

• Standard business hours with potential for occasional extended hours during payroll cycles.
• Shift assignments typically align with regular office hours; flexibility may be needed during peak periods.
