Medical Social Worker
Endless Home Health, Inc.
Job Summary
The Medical Social Worker provides medical social services within the scope of MSW practice standards in collaboration with primary care physicians and other members of the health care team and teaches and educates patients and their families. Medical Social Services in the home is performed.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work from an approved school
- Graduate of an approved professional School of Social Work approved by the Council of Social Work Education
- Currently licensed “in good standing” in CA
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an MSW, preferably in a home care setting
- Must have a criminal background check
- Must have current CPR certification
