About the RoleAs a Project Manager at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional project outcomes and continuously improving our client experience. We support each other’s wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look LikeDelivering projects: Successfully managing and leading projects frominceptionto completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.Stakeholder management: Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Team leadership: Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a culture ofcollaborationand empowering individuals to achieve their best performance.Project planning and monitoring: Developing comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.Budget and cost management: Tracking project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and providingaccuratecost forecasts.Quality control: Implementing robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations.Continuous improvement:Identifyingopportunities for process enhancements, implementing innovative project management practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, ora relatedfield.Experience & SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintainrelationships with diverse stakeholders.Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuringhigh levelsof engagement and performance.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsAbility to travel tothe San Francisco office 4 days a week andproject siteswith occasional travel toSilicon Valley Commercialinteriorsconstruction experience.Proficiencyin MS Project or other Gantt chart scheduling tools.Experience managing cost reports, budgets, and Architectural and Construction management contracts.Awarenessof industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in project management.Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
