Preferred Experience
- 10+ years of organizational change management experience.
- Hands-on experience leading communications and training workstreams.
- Experience leading technology or tool adEligible to Workion programs through go-live and hypercare.
- Experience leading onshore/offshore or global delivery teams.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with impact assessments, readiness surveys, change networks and adEligible to Workion metrics.
- Strong facilitation, writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams.
