Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist customers with order placement, inquiries, and issue resolution . This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
