IT System Administrator L3

Superior Managed IT

Job Description

Superior Managed IT is hiring an IT System Administrator to support and maintain client IT environments across hardware, software, cloud services, and core infrastructure. This role is ideal for an experienced systems administrator, IT support professional, or managed services engineer who can troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement solutions, mentor junior staff, and deliver excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud services, and end-user systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and access management issues.
Deploy hardware, software, and new IT solutions for client environments.
Provide escalation support for Service Desk technicians and mentor junior team members.
Document technical work, maintain knowledge base content, and ensure accurate reporting.
Support onsite service needs and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
