Senior Salesforce AdministratorLocation: RemotePurpose: The Sr. Salesforce.com Administrator is responsible for ensuring the Salesforce.com platform is designed to meet user efficiency, resiliency, stability, and business operations use cases. This position is responsible for ongoing development, maintenance, support and architecture of Salesforce.com. This position provides thought leadership and champions Salesforce architecture, engineering best practices and innovative solutioning.Responsibilities:Responsible for ongoing development, maintenance and support of existing systems and platformsConsult with internal stakeholders to generate business requirements, interpret business needs and align to capabilitiesProvide thought leadership and champion best practices and innovative solutioningPartner with Salesforce Team and Prime IT to ensure excellence in solution design and evolution of systems architectureOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required5 years of combined experience working within a multi-user system, including administration, developing requirements, conducting analysis, driving implementations and user adoption, designing workflows and building reporting capabilitiesMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipProven experience of ongoing education related to technology trends within software development and supportAbility to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within teamAdditional Qualifications:Ability to drive innovation and be forward thinkingExcellent written, technical, and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within teamEstablished presenter of technical and non-technical material adapted to the respective audienceAbility to transition abstract concepts into comprehensive technical solutionsStrong problem-solving and business analysis skillsStrong traits of decisiveness and judgmentExcellent documentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and/or Advanced AdministratorExperience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)Previous experience in PBM / health care industryMinimum Physical Job Requirements:Ability to work on the weekend as needed for technical support and/or project needs (typically once a quarter)Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusReporting Structure:• Reports to Salesforce.
