As a Design & Construction Project Manager, you will lead projects under $10M from concept through completion. You will define scope, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. In this role, you will: Manage design and construction capital projects under $10M, including scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy. Lead project planning, design, and consultant coordination to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Oversee regulatory approvals, plan check processes, and adherence to building codes and healthcare standards. Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, timelines, and key milestones. Lead bidding, contract negotiation, and vendor management, including contractor selection and project execution. Oversee construction activities, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout. Coordinate communication across clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders to minimize disruption. Partner with regulatory teams to support licensing, compliance, and audit readiness. Ensure complete project closeout, including documentation, record drawings, and turnover requirements. Salary Range: $95,400 to $208,300 annually.
