Shipping/Receiving Lead
Pay: $24–$26/hour
We are hiring a Shipping/Receiving Lead to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. This role will ensure accurate shipments, inventory, documentation, and a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assign daily tasks to shipping/receiving staff
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments
- Verify, inspect, and document shipments for accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Train and support warehouse employees
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety
- Help improve warehouse processes and efficiency
- Communicate operational issues and updates to management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse leadership experience
- Experience with WMS and warehouse software preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
