Details for Warehouse Receiving Clerk position:

$20-20 / Hour
Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5pm
Full-Time | Short-Term Temporary

Job Duties for Warehouse Receiving Clerk :

Accept daily parts deliveries and manage their designated locations
Enter return data into the database and print invoices
Utilize computer systems for data entry and inventory management
Prepare parts for technician routes, ensuring accuracy of parts and paperwork
Monitor missing parts for daily routes and notify dispatcher
Provide courier with necessary delivery information for technicians
Return unused parts to inventory promptly
Research returned/missing parts to determine actions needed
Investigate part issues with distributors, couriers, technicians, and office
Send paperwork to corporate office
Monitor parts aging and overall inventory
Compile month-end information and track inventory in systems
Inspect parts as needed and ship customer orders
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves and workstations
Ship orders to customers
Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Warehouse Receiving Clerk :

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient computers skills
Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Ability to lift up to 70lbs
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
